Meet Ally

Ally Tschinkel
Ally Tschinkel is an advocate for movement of the body. A dancer for twenty years, Ally has learned that moving the body directly connects to clearing the mind. In 2016, she received her 200 hour RYT at Yoga Culture of Danbury, Connecticut, in alignment-based vinyasa. Through her training, Ally realized that yoga is much less about being flexible, and more about being strong physically and mentally. It is her goal to inspire everyone to practice yoga, regardless of experience, in the hopes that they can experience the energizing, uplifting effect of the practice.

Move & Groove

Move & Groove yoga is a traditional vinyasa class with a focus on alignment, strengthening, and lengthening. We start off slow, warm up the body and mind, and then we move!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a passive yoga class, where we sit in poses for approximately six to eight minutes. Restorative is incredibly important for those who find that it is a challenge to sit still – as it allows us to truly let go of our anxieties.

Private Sessions

Ally provides 60 minute private yoga sessions for those who are interested in a more in depth and personalized yoga practice. She will provide you with a sequence of poses for you to work on depending on your needs.
